I should have hydrated more before running today. I joined the Novell running group to do the "Eagle's View" run. My legs were really sluggish starting out, and I should've realized it would only get worse. By the time we were on the way back I had already had to walk once, and it only got worse. I really dehydrated on this run, and it was a big mistake. I think if I had not walked 2 or 3 times on the way back, I would have probably collapsed. I almost did walking into the fitness center. (Did I mention it was hot outside??) I had lost about 4 whole pounds from water weight according to the scale! Yikes.
