I ran three miles this morning without incident, then at lunch today attended Yoga for the first time in almost 3 years. It was a really good class. I'm now very very sore. I realized that I needed to attend Yoga when last week I tried a "Sun salutation B" for the first time in a few months, and was REALLY tight.
The class went well - it was interesting what I could still do, what I couldn't do anymore, and what I could do better! I think I am in a lot better shape now than last time I attended regularly since I have been running and doing martial arts (I've been averaging 7 hours of exercise a week, with 2 days off typically!) So, the class was easier than I thought it would be. I'll still be sore for most of the week because of it though.
