9. Refund Policy

Any customer who purchases access to any of Balanced Families LLC's paid courses has 30 days from the purchase date to request to a refund. To maintain fairness to all customers, there are no exceptions to this 30-day deadline. During the refund request, the customer must provide the email address used to purchase the course. Returned funds can be expected within 7-10 days of the refund being processed. A reason for the refund is appreciated so we can improve our courses, but it is not required. We also ask that customers finish the course before making the request, but it is not required. When a refund is processed, the customer loses all access to course content, private support groups, and personal support from Balanced Families experts.

10. Payment Plans

Some courses may be purchased via monthly payment plans. Payment plans are not subscriptions that can be canceled. Payment plan customers are obligated to fulfill all payments of the chosen payment plan at the time of purchase. Payment plan customers receive all the same benefits as one-time purchase customers. If a payment plan customer wishes to request a refund, the same refund policy above will apply.
